Shashank Reddy

Shashank Reddy built and runs the MFK portal. As an AI intern at BCL India he designed and deployed fl.mentorsforkids.in end-to-end, a Next.js platform serving 28 government schools across Bengaluru, with a school map, student story reels, and a journal and rewards system. Alongside this he built retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, FinBERT-based email sentiment classification, and automated compliance and document-generation systems. His research spans federated-learning security (accepted at PRISM 2026) and multimodal NLP for mental-health diagnostics, with work presented in Oman and published in Springer Healthcare 5.0. More recently he has begun focusing on computational neuroscience, including a project that decodes cognitive states such as attention, stress and motor intent from multichannel EEG using a hybrid CNN-LSTM model, paired with a brain-computer interface pipeline for real-time neural signal-to-action translation. He has previously interned in machine learning at 1M1B Green Skills Academy (with Salesforce) and in software engineering at Toyota Kirloskar Motors, and works across Python, RAG, LLMs, transformers, FastAPI, PostgreSQL and Docker.
